Difference iN Addition (DNA) brings together transversal experiences and skills in the field of diversity and inclusion, providing organizations with multidisciplinary support in order to guide them in their choices.
People Engagement, ideas support, change management, good practices, gathering resources: DNA is a diversity and inclusion innovation hub that provides strategic vision and solutions to companies and institutions. We support our client in all areas of their organization, from leadership process to Human Resources. With DNA, partner companies and institutions can collaborate and effectively participate in activities, bringing together cultures and skills, ideas and innovation. DNA offers a tools’ kit for managers and their membership organizations such as training, meetings, events, co-design, participation in calls for tenders.

I am a teacher of managerial skills and effective communication, with long experience in accademic contexts, big companies and challenging projects. I have always been engaged in gender gap and gender equality activities, in integration of disadvantaged people and in enhancement of diversity. I managed and collaborated on various national and international diversity management projects on behalf of prestigious consulting companies, study centers on women, public and private universities.I have been dealing with sustainable development, social innovation and diversity & inclusion for 15 years. I worked 3 years for the Swedish government in the Ministry for Equal Opportunities and 12 years as an expert at the Presidency of the Council of Ministers at the Department for Equal Opportunities and the National Anti-Discrimination Office where, in 2005, I created and coordinated a work team on Diversity Management. In 2008, together with several partners, I set up the "Diversità al lavoro" platform. Since 2013 I have been one of the italian governement Project Manager for several national and transnational European projects. In 2009 I collaborated in the constitution of the Italian Equal Opportunities Charter and I joined the European Commission's Diversity Charter working group as a representative of the Italian government. In 2017 I collaborated, together with the partners, to the establishment of the "Inclusive Mindset" platform. Since 2018 I am Project Manager for the City of Turin. I teach these topics in several university masters, I have published articles and several books including "Diversity Management for inclusive growth. Strategies and tools." Finally, I have a blog on L’Espresso called "Sustainable Objective".I am a psychologist. I has always been interested in the development of human coexistence systems. In dealing with relationships and how they organize the multiform reality around us, I have always put at the center of my attention the enhancement of diversity and creativity, that i concieve as tools for growth and transformation. I have been working in the Human Resources area for years as a development consultant, dealing with both training and selection processes. In particular, I have carried out Change Management projects in various public and private organizations. In recent years I have worked on interaction design and gamification, developing experiments in virtual environments and complex intervention projects able to integrate technology, both as a medium and as a language. Member of the Editorial Board of the Order of Psychologists since 2018, in 2015 I created the "InnovationLab" Program aimed at intercepting and promoting innovative practices within the psicoterapeutic profession. As Head of the Per Formare's Project Design Area, together with my colleagues, I pursue an idea of innovation based on the enhancement of relationships and the development of organizational systems by integrating project design, social innovation and interpretative skills.Founder of Per Formare, for over 25 years I have been dealing with national and European planning in the field of social inclusion, employability, human resources. I have been dealing for over 25 year with higher education on training and orientation, equal opportunities, cooperation, interculturalism, social policies employment, diversity and disability. I have carried out both nationally and internationally research in training, employment, education, equal opportunities and immigration policies areas. I carry out interventions of Active Labor Policies in the field of Employment Public Services. I teach in high-level training courses on Diversity Management. As pedagogist I intervene as a facilitator of the change that characterises the labour market in its forms, paradigms, contents, meanings, values and on how these influence and modify choices, planning and identity of the people who act in it. The biggest challenge is the ability to integrate and enhance diversity, that I consider a great source of enrichment, perspectives and values.
