OBSERVATORY

Knowledge on diversity needs to be one of the core pillars of DNA reflection and action. One of the most important tools for developing this knowledge is the research.

For this reason, DNA intends to build the DNA Observatory, which, through collaborations with Italian and foreign Universities, aims to develop and disseminate knowledge on diversity, inclusion and welfare in the organizational sector.

DNA OBSERVATORY

  • Collects and shares data relating to diversity management practices within organizations, providing the high regard given to monitoring in Italy
  • Investigates the relationship between diversity management practices and the performances of organizations
  • Supports organizations in setting up data collection programs for assessing the impact of their diversity management practices, in reference to the impact on their organizational structures and on their stakeholders
  • Collaborate with public and private organizations and policy-makers for the dissemination of critical information and training in diversity management practices
  • Provides data and expertise for training courses for managers, companies and students.
