The Talent Center DNA is a service aimed at job placement including matching between candidates who belong to disadvantaged categories and companies. A service that aims to enhance differences and skills. The DNA Talent Center operates with specific diversity target groups: people with disabilities/protected categories, people of foreign origin, transsexual/transgender people and women. It is a service aimed at favoring the intersection between labour demand and offer, through different methods of contact and interaction: from online application to specific in-person meeting events (the Inclusive Job Days), up to realtime individual selection services. This is an approach that goes far beyond the mere fulfillment of regulatory obligations (such as, for example, in the case of Italian Law 68/99 for the hiring of people with disabilities), because it is based on the strong element of “employer branding” and ability to create value to increase the competitiveness of the company and its chances of success.

The DNA Talent Center for companies

Through the services of the DNA Talent Center, companies can concretely apply their diversity management policies through a multilateral approach that recognizes differences and intends to effectively enhance them within the organization. This is an approach that goes far beyond the mere fulfillment of regulatory obligations (such as, for example, in the case of Italian Law 68/99 for the hiring of people with disabilities), because it is based on the strong element of “employer branding” and ability to create value to increase the competitiveness of the company and its chances of success.

Interview Agenda Service for Interested Companies (useful for finding more structured profiles)

Reduction of paper with CV and digital profile

Combination and/or positioning in an Event or Space dedicated to the dissemination of a diversity-oriented organizational culture

Among the proposed activities in the intersection of job offer/demand for diversity target groups, DNA includes a number of things including the DNA Inclusive Job Days and events dedicated to candidates who belong to disadvantaged categories in job placement: people with disabilities/protected categories, people of foreign origin, transsexual/transgender people and women. The events allow the matching of recruiters and candidates, with the opportunity to have real personal interviews. These events were conceived to favor the exchange of information and experiences, the development of skills and the enhancement of opportunities.
The DNA Inclusive Job Day develops in two ways:

the Inclusive JOB DAY aims to concretise the meeting of companies and candidatees and provides them with support and tools to capture and enhance skills and opportunities through job interviews in which the candidates with their CV introduces himself to the participating companies;

training workshops, created for two distinct paths:
1) for candidates to improve their attractiveness in the job market (writing a CV, looking for a job through social networks, going to an interview);
2) for companies to improve the exchange of information and good practices.
