What we do
DNA Inclusive Job Day is a mechanism designed to match job supply/demand for different diversity target groups: people with disabilities/protected categories, people of foreign origin, transsexuals/transgender and women. The DNA Inclusive Job Day creates favorable conditions for matching companies and candidates, aimed at job inclusion, but also allows participating companies and people to acquire new knowledge, information and skills thanks to the following specific interventions:
Aimed at candidates and managers, they are developed along two lines:-
- to improve the employability of candidates, their understanding of the labor market and to refine active research tools;-
- to facilitate the exchange of information and best practices between company managers, through dedicated Talks.
SESSIONS OF CO-PLANNING AND DESIGN THINKING
DNA aims to facilitate the direct involvement of partners in the effective creation of tools capable of enhancing the strength of diversity & inclusion strategies and the development of good practices. For this reason, experts, managers and specialists will make themselves available for moments of exchange and discussion.
