Since 2013 I have been one of the italian governement Project Manager for several national and transnational European projects. In 2009 I collaborated in the constitution of the Italian Equal Opportunities Charter and I joined the European Commission's Diversity Charter working group as a representative of the Italian government. I teach these topics in several university masters, I have published articles and several books including \"Diversity Management for inclusive growth.
